The services offered are legally supported by Fundación Robert A. Paneque, with Spanish Tax Identification Code (NIF) G84836899, and are available to residents or people living in any country in the world.
Our services are aimed at helping family members, as well as collaborating in the development of informational and cultural projects of artists, musicians, writers and journalists, and for family money aid considered as family aid. Under no circumstances may they be used for illegal activities, such as gambling, fraudulent investments, money laundering, illegal businesses and other criminal activities outside the Law, both in the country of origin and in the destination country.
The user is aware of this and voluntarily accepts that the use of said information and services is carried out under their sole and exclusive responsibility and without any type of guarantee on the part of Fundación Robert A. Paneque.
The user has the right to request the cancellation of their transaction and the refund of the corresponding amounts within 24 hours of making it (and at any time), provided that the money has not yet been deposited to the Beneficiary.
In the event that the money is not delivered to the Beneficiary due to errors in the data provided by the Sender, this money will be refunded to the Sender, together with confirmation from Fundación Robert A. Paneque, indicating that the funds transferred to the recipient have been returned to Fundación Robert A. Paneque.
In neither of the two cases referred to above will the charges inherent to the transaction be returned to the sender, such as expenses for the exchange rate of the currencies involved, nor the bank commissions of the operation.
However, if the money is not transferred to the Beneficiary according to the terms of the transaction, for reasons attributable to Fundación Robert A. Paneque or due to internal errors, the funds provided by the purchaser of the transfer services (including the transaction charges) will be refunded to the sender upon presentation of a written request (fax or email).
The money refund process for a claim requires a series of procedures that normally take between three and four weeks, because it is first necessary to verify that the Beneficiary has not received the money and then proceed with the cancellation and return of said money to our bank account in Spain. By means of the letter of authorization, the cardholder voluntarily authorizes Fundación Robert A. Paneque to charge their bank card for an individual money donation, for exclusively associative or humanitarian purposes, ordered online. The letter includes the details of the operation (date, invoice number, beneficiary, transaction identification and total paid), the purpose of the payment (individual donation, donation, membership fee, services, phone calls, concert tickets or others), the card type (Visa, MasterCard or other, indicating only the last four digits) and the cardholder's signature.
With their data and signature, the cardholder accepts the Terms and Conditions of Fundación Robert A. Paneque, in particular the one establishing that, once the money is deposited to the beneficiary of the donation or allocated to the authorized use, they will not be able to make any claim or request any refund, in whole or in part, unless the unforeseen circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions occur.
The letter of authorization may be used for other transactions carried out on a recurring basis with the same card if the cardholder so authorizes. If that option is not authorized, the corresponding paragraph must be crossed out and the assigned line must not be signed.
